Humans are born to love music and our heart has its own beat. Unconsciously, there are times when we hear some music that we enjoy, we sometimes move our feet and some even shake their head forward and back. Music relaxes us and takes stress away and when it takes stress away it helps out with anger.When ever you are feeling blue, angry or sad, pick up the pen, or a guitar, and just let the words flow out of you. Just watch as your turmoil quickly turns to a feeling of accomplishment of having created something beautiful from your suffering. Listening to music or writing a song in a journal help release anger. It can also prevents more anger from building up.
