As I keep doing my research I find a lot of information. I found out that listening to the radio, mind-blowing heavy metal, or mellow music might ought to release pent-up emotions. In another website I research I learned that music has been proven to help the brain release certain chemicals. Also songs that are more upbeat versus neutral might be a more preferable choice for reducing anger. Music can be a way because music sometimes touches the souls of many people. Some people can find singing or dancing to a heavy metal type of rock music helpful to release anger. Sometimes people can prefer soft, flowing instrumental type of music. However some people may prefer to make there own music, it can be angry or relaxing or in a form that forms a release of anger. Sometimes concentrating on loud, long held note on a saxophone, banging on the keys of a piano, beating on a set of drums, or strumming a guitar can be helpful.
